境內外華僑及外國人變更為新陸資身份者
依經濟部於109年12月30日發布大陸地區人民來臺投資許可辦法第3條第2項第1款及第2款解釋令，境內外華僑及外國人已依規定向臺灣證券交易所股份有限公司申請辦理登記者，倘因適用新解釋令變更為新陸資，得透過代理人主動函洽臺灣證券交易所股份有限公司辦理註銷登記。
In light of MOEA’s interpretive orders dated 30 December 2020 on Subparagraph 1 and 2, Paragraph 2, Article 3 of Measures Governing Investment Permit to the People of Mainland China, please be advised that onshore/ offshore overseas Chinese and foreigners registered with TWSE whose status is changed to “Mainland China Investors” due to the said order may apply with TWSE in writing through an agent to cancel their registration.
